Because we’re awesome? Duh! If you like to laugh & have fun then look no further. Our shooting style is relaxed yet skilled, & our belief is we are here to capture memories that you can’t forget. We’ve been photographing for almost 4 years and are super comfortable with each other.  You will feel that in our sessions. We not only like to take pics, but we’re there to have fun too. This is our passion and it bleeds through. We’re silly, You might see Ryan fall or slip or dance, and lauren likes to photo bomb. It’s just our thing.. and it’s a fun thing. So join us. Who will be taking my photos?
We both attend any type of session, I guess you could say we like each other which is why we go places together.

Where are you located?
We are happily located in sweet Louisville, Kentucky! But we are always open to hearing of travel opportunities.

Do you all have a studio location?
Not at this time. We are solely on-location photogs.

What kind of equipment are you using?
Always the newest Canon Professional gear. We  rock 5d mark II / III and we use a variety of L-series lenses, portable studio equipment, flashes, tripods… Plus we have backups for everything.

What is the best time of day for portraits?
We personally find that the light just before dusk and dawn is the best. So if you’re an early bird we’ll get out there just as the sun is rising, or the most popular… just before the sun sets.

What happens if it rains before or during our shoot?
Of course, blue skies, overcast or golden sunlight make for top-notch photos. But we find a little rain makes things interesting, we will still go forward with your shoot if only you wish to! Although if it happens to be a torrential downpour we will not sacrifice the expense of our equipment for your photos. In the rare case that this happens, we will reschedule and find a day that works for both of us.

How do you do payment?
For engagement sessions we collect payment the day of shoot before any photos are taken. For wedding sessions we have a few different payment opportunities, but total package has to be paid before wedding day. We do not do payments post wedding day. We accept cash, check and now credit card!

Is there a contract?
Of course. We want to provide you with as much photo service security and stability as possible. It explains everything regarding what you receive, our expectations and things like payment and copyright goodness.

What if you are booked for a certain day we need to be photographed?
We will try to be as flexible as possible, but you get it…we are probably just as busy as you are. Sometimes event dates clash with other event dates. We will try our best to find a day that works for both parties, and if all else fails we will refer you to one of our fellow photographers in the Louisville area. :)

Do you archive photos?
Yes. We have an incredible system that we download our photos to each and every time we do a shoot, and we have a back up on top of that.
